This course aims to equip participants with the skills to:

  • Translate organisational strategic direction on sustainability into sales, targets and objectives
  • Forecast accurate sales which aligns with sustainability objectives and metrics.
  • Analyze case studies for practical insights
  • Drive positive change, promote and implement sustainable practices

Course Outline

In-person Class (1 day of 8 hours):

Module 1: Sustainable Sales Strategies for Success
Explore the pivotal role of sustainable investments in reshaping and advancing the landscape of the tourism and events industry and gain foundational knowledge to equip strategic approaches to align businesses with sustainable development goals.

Module 2: Sustainable Sales Management and Forecasting
Equip yourself with the skills to guide teams in crafting sales plans that align with established performance metrics and your organization's strategic sustainability objectives. This module blends data-driven forecasting with sustainable practices, empowering participants to navigate the complex intersection of sales strategy and environmental responsibility.

Module 3: Future-proofing Business with Sustainability-driven Strategies
Elevate your business acumen by mastering the art of assessing the business landscape through a sustainability lens. Craft strategies to distinguish your business in a competitive market, unveiling potential impacts and changes that may shape your sales targets. Ensure the implementation of adaptive strategies for sustained success.

Module 4: Adaptive Sales Strategies
Apply the skills to navigate the intricacies of sales metrics, masterfully tailor targets to align seamlessly with sustainability goals, and sculpt a sales strategy that not only adapts but thrives in the dynamic embrace of the current business landscape.

Certificate Obtained and Conferred by

  • Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Statement of Attainment (SOA), accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore. SOA will be reflected as [TOU-SNM-5020-1.1-1: Sales Target Management L5].
  • Upon meeting the attendance and assessment(s) criteria, participants will be awarded with a digital Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub. 
  • With the completion of two (2) Core modules prescribed by SACEOS, learners will attain the Certified Event Sustainability (CES) accreditation.
  • Certificate of completion from NTUC LearningHub

Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from NTUC LearningHub.

  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
  • From 1 October 2023, attendance-taking for SkillsFuture Singapore's (SSG) funded courses must be done digitally via the Singpass App. This applies to both physical and synchronous e-learning courses.​
  • Trainee must pass all prescribed tests / assessments and attain 100% competency.
  • NTUC LearningHub reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
